We are often asked, "Does the white omelet rice only use egg whites?" However, the eggs are white-yolk eggs, specially grown by Hirarisuke Farm at the foot of the mountain in Saga Prefecture, who are particular about the chicken feed they use! These eggs are very rare, so we only have a limited number of them in stock, and therefore the white omelet rice on the regular menu is also available in limited quantities! You can choose from two types of sauce◎

Uses organic vegetables grown by family farmers

The garlic is grown by Shimamoto Baimu, and the other vegetables are pesticide-free grown by a family farmer near Kibugawa Station! We use many vegetables, including the cucumbers, turnips, edamame, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and Moroccan beans shown in the photo. Summer vegetables are slowly coming out, and pasta, salads, soups, etc. will change depending on the seasonal vegetables, so look forward to it!
